Deviant & Dandy Partners Up With Street Sounds For A Series Of Limited Edition Beers

Some exciting news to start off the week as we reveal a series of limited edition beers in collaboration with the legendary Street Sounds record label. ‘ELECTRO 1’ is the first in a series of beers we will be releasing throughout the year to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the release of the iconic Electro/Hip Hop album series which was started in 1983.

’ is an 8.1% old school DIPA featuring Centennial, Simcoe and Columbus hops and is only available to order in 4-packs of 440ml cans through the website.

ELECTRO Beers are also available as a subscription with each coming with an original recipe and scheduled to be released every 5-6 weeks. They are currently available at an introductory price of £19.95 + delivery for the 4-pack, and we’ve also made a set of ELECTRO glasses for you to enjoy them in.

The artwork for the cans is picked up straight from the compilation albums, and features peelable labels with liner notes.

Tasting notes
A medium body of Pale Malt, Dextrin, and Light Caramalt is complemented by a hop bill of Simcoe, Columbus, and Centennial hops give off a pleasant aroma of pine, orange, and tropical fruit. On the palate, this beer is bursting with hop-forward flavors of grapefruit, pineapple, and citrus, with a refreshing bitterness that lingers on the tongue.
