“Zobo” is the Hausa word for the hibiscus flower, which is infused as a drink on special occasions in Nigeria and is believed to have healing powers. Inspired by the refreshing taste of Zobo, in collaboration with Suyaman we created this full-bodied Pale Ale Citra and Simcoe Hops and Hibiscus.
